I am one of the winners!!!  Tomorrow we should find out how many people won.  Worst case is that I'd win $47 and best case is $520 (although I doubt 10 people dropped out this last week).  It feels so great to accomplish this.  In the first couple weeks, I thought there was no way I'd lose at least one pound for 12 weeks.  But I did! Next Monday is the final weigh-in.  I'm a little worried about when this challenge ends.  It has really kept me motivated to lose weight because I really like a challenge and also the competion of it all.  It kept me thinking week-to-week rather than looking ahead too far and getting too anxious with the weightloss.  I know that every Monday I'm going to get weighed in by a trainer so when I'm tempted to eat something I shouldn't, I think about that.  I worry that when this contest is over, I'll think that I can eat that temptation because I can always do better the next day (since I won't be getting weighed in weekly).  I'll continue to track my weightloss at home but I'm trying to think of something to keep me motivated.  I was thinking for every pound I lose, I'll put, say, $5 in a piggy bank and save it for a massage or something like that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm 139 lbs now and I'd love to get down to 125.  So, another 14 lbs. I've been in size 12 or 14 (depending on the brand) so yesterday, I grabbed size 10's.  They were too big.  So then I went to size 8!  They fit! This morning on my home scale, I weighed in at 139 (141.8 on the gym scale).  I'm down 3 lbs from last week.  I had a "don't care" attitude for most of the week so I was really surprised to see the 3 lb loss.  A lot of people are noticing and making comments. It feels so good.  I love trying on clothes in my closet that I haven't been able to wear for a while.  All my shorts are really lose.  I normally hate to wear shorts but this summer, I might actually wear them rather than capris all summer.  I can't wait to buy some sundresses!  I need to get to 133 to get my BMI into normal range. I'm so freakin' excited.  It feels so good to fit into a lot more of the clothes in my closet.  My goal is to get down to 130.  So, another 13.8.  I'm down 12.6 right now.  It took me about 2 months to get down the 12.6 so I'm hoping by early May, I'll be at my goal.  Then I'm going on a shopping spree!  Also, if I win the gym's weightloss contest then I'm hoping to get a massage, maybe a couple personal training sessions and to get back into tennis! Boy, am I sore today.  It was interval training, which I usually do on my own, but she took it to the next level.  I can feel my clothes are fitting better even though the scale hasn't moved too much.  I love having the Bodybugg and it really makes me move more.  I always thought I was so active and worked out a lot but the Bodybugg made me realize that I have to push it even more.  I need to get better at tracking my food intake.  I think I need to figure out my meal plan the night before to be successful.  I made a really healthy lentil soup last night and froze it in 1 cup servings.  I figure that can be a quick healthy meal. I didn't sleep well last night so I'm really dragging.  I went to the gym but I worked out in the current pool so I couldn't wear the Bodybugg.  So, I have no idea how many calories I burned but I'm sure if wasn't much.  I didn't push myself very much.  Then after the gym, the kids and I went to a pizza buffet/playland.  I had salad and 2 slices of pizza....and then an oatmeal raisin cookie.  I stopped eating chocolate about a month ago so at least I wasn't tempted by the brownies like I have been in the past.  I have to figure out how many calories I ate at lunch even if it isn't 100% accurate.  It is 3:30 and I'm only at 1300 calories burned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My gym just started a weightloss challenge.  I weigh in every Monday.  To stay in the contest, I have to lose at least 1 lb each week. I've had it a couple days now and just getting use to it.  I'm going to start posting about it and consider this Day 1.  I weighed in this morning at the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;healthclub&lt;/span&gt; -- 156.6 (154.6 on my home scale in the morning).  I'm trying to have a 1000 cal. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;deficit....which is much tougher than I thought!  Even after working out at the gym for an hour (treadmill, elliptical, track) and being on my feet all day, I barely reach my goal of 2350 calories burned a day (calories eaten should be 1350).   I'm determined to meet my goal though!  I now realize I wasn't working out long enough before.  I'm tracking everything that I eat too and making better choices about what I eat.  For instance, today I really wanted something sweet but instead of a sugary empty-calorie snack, I had cantaloupe. I feel like I've been the same weight the last year even though I've been dieting this whole past year.  It gets pretty frustrating.  I tried Jenny Craig and really liked it but I felt really guilty spending that much on food.  I thought about going back to WW but after much research and debating (in my head!), I've decided to try the Bodybugg. They are on sale right now.  If I don't like it, I figure I could resell it.  I ordered it this morning so it should arrive sometime next week. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight from Sara but I'm still about 30 lbs more than I want to be.  I weighed in last Monday at 156.4. I started at 161.4 and now I'm down to 154.6 in 3 weeks.  It feels great to to lose the weight and it has been pretty easy.  The food is surprisingly good.  I can't wait to get into the 140's.  I struggle to get in that range and I don't know why!?!  I seem to resist it for some reason.  Here are my favorite JC meals...Granola, Complete Start cereal, brocolli potato, cheese enchilada, turkey burger, fish and chips, chicken fajitas and chicken fettucine.  This week has been rough.  I've been very stressed.  I haven't followed JC for the last 3 days or so.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;John went into the hospital last Tuesday.  He has severe kidney failure. I decided to jump back on the bandwagon about a month ago.  I recently weighed in at Weight Watchers at 158.6.  I think when I started WW last April, I weighed 174.8...so 16 lbs lost so far.  The kids took turns sharing sickness the last couple weeks so I haven't worked out very much.  This is a new week though and things are going well.  Yesterday I did a circuit training class then swim class after that.  Today I worked out with a trainer at Jim's house at 6 AM!  I was suppose to go to spin class but I was too worn out after getting up at 5:15am to feed Sara then Jim's at 6am. Last week I was down 1.6 lbs.  It feels good to be past a 7 lb weight loss!  I now weigh 164.8.  I'm anxious to get to the 150's.  We had a free week at the YMCA so I did a lot of classes -- step, cardio kickboxing and body pump. She is absolutely beautiful! I was having contractions 4 min. apart that day but didn't think too much of it. I called my OB and he said to go in if they didn't get better. They started at 9am and I went into the hospital at 8pm. The nurse checked me and said I was 1 cm dialated and 50% effaced. She left and called my doctor. 5 min. later she came back and said "well, tonight is your lucky night. Your doctor is coming to do the c-section at 9:30pm". Wow!! We were shocked. We had about 30 min. so they quickly prepped me while we tried to call our family.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I joined WW a couple weeks ago. I started on Flex my first week but then changed to Core. The first week I lost 3.2 lbs and the second week was 1.4 lbs. I go for my 3rd weigh in tonight. I hope I lost at least .4 lbs to reach the 5 lb mark. I started at 172.8 (!!!!) and now I'm at 168.2. I hope to be in the 150's by this time next month!! I haven't been perfect with Core but I'm hoping to be good this week and really get this weight coming off faster.  When I reach 159, I'm going to reward myself with a manicure and maybe some new lipstick.&lt;br /&gt;Week 1: -3.2&lt;br /&gt;Week 2: -1.4&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My goal is 125.  So about FORTY pounds which is really hard to believe.  I'm taking it one day at a time. I can't believe I started this a year ago.  Well, I'm now 33 weeks pregnant and due next month with a baby girl.  I want to now start this blog as a way to track my weight loss efforts after the baby is born.  Ugh....weight loss.  I hate those words.  I never struggled with weight until after the birth of my second child.  I'm determined to lose the weight after this baby.  I weighed in last week at my OB's office at a whopping 182.  I hope to get down to anywhere between 120 - 130 within a year after the baby.  I plan to start Weight Watchers about 3 months post-partum.  Once my incision heals up from the c-section, then I will start my exercise routine.  I look forward to running again and will set a goal of running a 5k during the summer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can't wait to have the baby!  We are all very excited.  We have a lot of really cute pink clothes for her.  Shelley B. threw me a baby shower last week so that was pretty special. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We're having a really hard time coming up with a baby name.....Anna, Alexandra, Sara, Kayla, Claire.....???? I look forward to putting my thoughts into writing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I decided today to start training for my first triathlon.  I'll be doing the Danskin Triathlon on July 9th in Chicago (actually it is in Wisconsin but their site lists it as Chicago).  Swimming will be the really difficult portion of the tri for me.  I love to bike and run but hate to swim!
