New Year, Same Goals
Okay, so it is January 2nd and I still have the goal of losing weight. I feel like I've been the same weight the last year even though I've been dieting this whole past year. It gets pretty frustrating. I tried Jenny Craig and really liked it but I felt really guilty spending that much on food. I thought about going back to WW but after much research and debating (in my head!), I've decided to try the Bodybugg. They are on sale right now. If I don't like it, I figure I could resell it. I ordered it this morning so it should arrive sometime next week.
I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight from Sara but I'm still about 30 lbs more than I want to be. I weighed in last Monday at 156.4. Arg!!

I bought a Bugg for my wife about a month ago and she loves it. It takes a lot of commitment, but it is definitely one of the best health tools out there. The food log shouldn't be too difficult for you since you are already used to tracking what you eat. It has been interesting to see exactly how much different activities burn versus others. So far Free weight strength training and playing with our two year nephews has been her biggest burning activities. That's what makes this soooo nice. No matter what your doing it's monitoring your output, unlike any diet program out there. Output/Intake = weight gain or lose. It really makes it very simple. One other thing is that the phone coach pointed out she was eating Way too much sodium. Well, since we both eat pretty much the same thing it looks like the Body Bugg has change more than just her eating habits. Good Luck
