This summer I held pretty steady with my weight loss efforts. I decided to jump back on the bandwagon about a month ago. I recently weighed in at Weight Watchers at 158.6. I think when I started WW last April, I weighed 174.8...so 16 lbs lost so far. The kids took turns sharing sickness the last couple weeks so I haven't worked out very much. This is a new week though and things are going well. Yesterday I did a circuit training class then swim class after that. Today I worked out with a trainer at Jim's house at 6 AM! I was suppose to go to spin class but I was too worn out after getting up at 5:15am to feed Sara then Jim's at 6am. I will go to Pilates later today though.
