So I finally decided to try Jenny Craig. I started at 161.4 and now I'm down to 154.6 in 3 weeks. It feels great to to lose the weight and it has been pretty easy. The food is surprisingly good. I can't wait to get into the 140's. I struggle to get in that range and I don't know why!?! I seem to resist it for some reason. Here are my favorite JC meals...Granola, Complete Start cereal, brocolli potato, cheese enchilada, turkey burger, fish and chips, chicken fajitas and chicken fettucine. This week has been rough. I've been very stressed. I haven't followed JC for the last 3 days or so.
John went into the hospital last Tuesday. He has severe kidney failure. It is very serious.
